What's the 7-day money-back guarantee?+
Cancel within 7 days of joining and receive a full refund — no questions asked. After 7 days, you can still cancel anytime, but the initial charge becomes non-refundable.
Can I pause my membership?+
Yes. You can pause your membership through your member dashboard and resume when you're ready.
What happens if I exceed 15 hours in a month?+
You can keep playing — additional time is charged at our standard guest rate. (Pricing may evolve in the future.)
Can I bring guests?+
Not at this time. Memberships are designed for individual play. Guests can book separately at guest rates.
How does the SUPAR League work?+
Every month we run a league competition at SUPAR. Members are automatically entered — show up, play your rounds, compete for prizes and rewards. Details announced each month.
Daytime vs Prime — which should I pick?+
Choose Daytime if you typically play before 4 PM. Choose Prime if you want evening access, more Private Room time, and a shot at the monthly field-lesson raffle.
Can I upgrade later?+
Yes. Contact us to upgrade from Daytime to Prime at any time.
